What is included?
Your reservation at The Barn at Old Colony includes:
- Friday to Sunday privileges
- The Barn — 5,000 sqft of dining and/or ceremonial space, chandeliers, dimmable sconce lighting, and string lighting, choice of ceremony arbors, two large barn doors for ceremonies.
- The Mangers — a 2,500 sqft concrete space perfect for mingling with your guests, complete with wine barrels and stools, authentic water troughs for ice and drinks, wind-sunshades, ceiling fans, dj space, craftsman redwood bar- and a matching 11 ft charcuterie board. This intimate area overlooks the black buttes, the orchards and the beautiful sunsets, making it ideal for cocktail hour.
- The Corral — 10,000 sqft of concrete space large enough for outside dining and dancing under the stars. This area includes our portable restrooms, a cozy fire pit with chairs, and plenty of games for all. In the unlikely event of inclement weather on your event day, the corral is ideal for renting tents as a covered location for your guests.
- #2 Barn — this area is where your groomsmen will hangout before the ceremony. It's the perfect spot for some down-to-earth cowboy fun.
- The Cross at the Observation Point — this area makes for an ideal spot for your ceremony as you'll have spectacular views of the beautiful buttes, Black Butte Lake, Mt. Shasta, and all of Old Colony's nearly 500 acres.
- Borrowing Room — come sit and look through our many boxes of wedding items to borrow for your special day.

- 240 beautiful chiavari solid wood chairs with 240 white cushions (optional) or 150 black cushions (optional)
- 4 farm tables, solid wood, nine-foot rectangular
- 7 arbors
- 8 vintage milk cans
- 6' light-up wood LOVE letters
- 1892 buggy for photo ops
- 16 vintage white farm chairs, solid wood
- 30 custom solid wood 60” round tables (seat 8) with beautiful diamond-white linens (optional) ($12 each dry cleaning fee)
- Choose our gossamer or voilé for your elegant ceiling drapery, optional ($12 cleaning fee)
- Two sweetheart tables, vintage
- Two 8ft rectangular white resin tables. One 4ft. table
- Farm-style rustic hutch
- Lots of games, including ping-pong, cornhole, darts, and more!
- 4 propane heaters
- Refrigerator and portable ice chests on wheels

- Parking lot, packed gravel
Presently, we do not provide a bridal suite, however, you are welcome to bring RVs. We also do not have kitchen facilities, but we look forward to helping you locate local providers.

Of course! Because we are a family-owned, working ranch, we ask that you make an appointment with us first.

What dates do you have available?
Weddings are hosted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from mid-February through October. We offer reduced rates for weekday micro weddings, elopements, and many other events as well.

How much does everything cost?
2026 Venue Fee: $5000
There is an additional $500 deposit due at the time of booking.

What are the event hours?
The venue is yours Friday thru Sunday. Quiet hours are 10:30 P.M. for Tehama County.
